University of Cambridge graduate with 10+ years experience working in the education sector.

I graduated from Cambridge in 2009 with a degree in Theology and Religious Studies and for the next five years worked as a political journalist and editor. It was while working in journalism that I began private tutoring, and volunteering at an educational charity, and I haven't looked back since!

I decided to go back to university to get a teaching qualification, which I did from King's College London, and began working as an English teacher in inner-city London schools, eventually becoming head of Sixth Form English. Latterly I was a member of the Sixth Form leadership team and was responsible for all Oxbridge, Medicine and US applications as a part of my role as UCAS advisor.

I love tutoring a wide variety of subjects, since my degree had philosophy, history, languages, art history and psychology components, but I have a great deal of experience tutoring English, R.S. and admissions tests.
