With 16 years of experience teaching children from Prek to 8th grade, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies, Instruction and Curriculum Leadership from the University of Memphis, with double minors in English and Sociology. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology, graduating in December 2025.As a passionate advocate for early literacy and education, I find immense joy in mentoring, motivating, and shaping young minds. I have over 100 credit hours towards my Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Bowling Green State University with a minor in Russian Language studies. My plan is to enroll in law school by the Fall of 2023. I am currently a Middle School substitute teacher. From 2017 to 2020, I worked as the Research and Development Director for a private organization serving at risk youth and adults. In 2020, my job was eliminated due to the pandemic; and I have been a homemaker and an entrepreneur, operating my own personalized gift shop, since then. I believe that education is a vital component to anyone's success regardless of their career path. I enjoy learning and teaching in the subjects of math, history, reading, and language studies. I am passionate about contributing to the educational foundational for students k-12.
