I have 8 years in special education and 4 years as a certified teacher. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and 44 master's hours toward an MEd in special education. Although tutoring per se is new for me, I have extensive experience tailoring lessons to individual children. But getting good grades isn't the only thing that matters in life: it's applying intelligence to every situation that will carry you through life.This is what I teach and believe: how to use what you learn to help you succeed. With 16 years of experience teaching children from Prek to 8th grade, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies, Instruction and Curriculum Leadership from the University of Memphis, with double minors in English and Sociology. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology, graduating in December 2025.As a passionate advocate for early literacy and education, I find immense joy in mentoring, motivating, and shaping young minds. It is my mission to provide them with the tools they need to succeed, as they are our future. In addition, she holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Arts for Children with a Dance Emphasis. Linda holds 2 permanent New York Certifications: Elementary Education (Nursery - 6th) and Dance Education (K-12). At SUNY Brockport, Linda studied with Garth Fagan, director of the Bucket dance company and choreographer of the Broadway Musical Lion King. She has studied extensively in the following techniques: Cunningham, Horton, Graham, and Jose Limon. She has developed and taught dance programs in New Orleans, Jacksonville, Rochester, Syracuse, and New York City. In addition to being the Artistic Director of the Studio, Linda is also Adjunct Professor at LeMoyne College, was a dance teaching artist with the Institute for Aesthetic Education, dance directed at Summer Fame, and was guest choreographer for the Gifford Family Theater.Mrs. Faccipontes high standards and nurturing spirit are the driving forces that place personal growth and spiritual wellness above all else at the studio and in all of her endeavors. She has promoted many dance students into the dance world and personally assists students with academic placement into colleges, universities, and conservatories.

I am a student enrolled as a biological sciences major along with an art minor. I have tutored 60 to 70 students every week aging from 3.5 year olds to 14 year olds in English and math.

Loves playing board games and following major trends in economic and technology sectors.I studied computer science at Northeastern University and am personally enamored by its myriad uses, from algorithmic calculations to statistical analysis. Originally hailing from Manhattan, where I attended the Brearley School, I eventually moved to rural Vermont where I grew up on a farm. In Vermont I competitively ski raced and played on the Varsity Tennis team. I attended Middlebury College, class of 2015, where I majored in Economics and minored in French. Throughout high school and college I have tutored an extremely diverse group of clients ranging from language study for adults, test preparation for rising seniors, and peer tutoring at the college level. This past year I worked on staff as the part time geometry tutor at Red Cedar Middle School. I have three siblings and I love young children. I worked as a camp counselor at Aloha Hive in Fairlee Vermont the summer of 2012. I'm excited to meet you, and am happy to provide additional references and answer any of your questions.

For three years, I've worked as a behavioral and academic tutor for students with developmental disabilities in home and classroom settings, allowing me to cultivate my skills. I'm passionate about finding creative approaches to teaching new subjects based on each student's learning style.
