I am not studying or reading for personal enjoyment, I am often either writing or sharing rich conversation. Having specialized in philosophy of art, I have a passion for music and visual art and am enlivened by the artistic culture of Oklahoma City.

I am currently a senior at the University of Oklahoma. I am working to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Education and a minor in Native American Studies. I tutor history and social studies for middle and high school students. This includes middle school social studies, high school history, and AP United States History. I have always been passionate about history and helping students learn about and understand the context of the world we live in. I have always placed a high value on education and believe that every student should have an opportunity for success, both inside and out of an educational setting. In my free time, I like to read, listen to music (especially country and show tunes), sing, and, depending on the season, watch football, hockey, or bull riding.

I am a recent graduate with a master's in Molecular Medicine and Innovative Treatment (MSc MMIT) from the University of Groningen and a master's in Medical Science from Uppsala University, earned through the Erasmus+ International Double Master in Innovative Medicine (IMIM) program. My academic journey began at Oklahoma State University, where I completed a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with minors in Spanish and Microbiology. I have been tutoring since 2016, offering personalized, one-on-one sessions in subjects including algebra, geometry, ACT preparation, Spanish, and biology. My approach centers on creating a positive and supportive learning environment, helping students build confidence and a strong self-concept in their academic abilities. My background in scientific research, including studies in neuroscience and oncology, informs my teaching, bringing real-world applications into our sessions.
