I am from Atlanta Georgia and lived in Tennessee for four years and received my Bachelors of Arts in Exercise Science. I have been in the field of education for over ten years. I have experience in early childhood, elementary reading intervention, middle school special education and high school 1:1 ABA clinical work. While working in a variety of settings I have saw the problem we have as a community in grade level delay as well as classroom learning struggles. It inspired me to tackle the issue at hand which is to meet children where they are so they can have the confidence to be where they need to be. My educational mission is to empower students and it is very important for me to be a part of the educational solution in this country.
