About Me

I'm a writer and filmmaker who loves helping students learn. I receive a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts Studies at Brigham Young University, where I also worked as a teaching assistant for film production and screenwriting classes. I have done a lot of independent writing and have worked in the film industry on feature films, digital commercials, short films, music videos, live events, and more. I know school can be tough and so I like to do my best to make it not just easier but more fun and enriching. I specifically love to teach subjects related to writing or film. Outside of all that, I enjoy playing video games and watching movies and shows with my wife. I'm a D&D nerd, I like reading novels (my favorite author is Brandon Sanderson), and I have a cat named Lieutenant Aldo Raine who may make some cameo appearances in my tutoring sessions (with or without my consent).
