I am passionate about helping students because it brings me great joy to witness the positive changes in their lives, no matter how small. I deeply value the role of teaching, and as a student myself, I have experienced firsthand the profound impact a teacher can have. I see teaching as a way to guide individuals toward becoming better versions of themselves, both in academia and beyond.

My experience working with students has always been incredibly fulfilling. Watching students grow and improve because of what I have taught them fills me with pride and reinforces my belief in the power of education. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Norwich University, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Brain and Cognitive Sciences at Southern Illinois University, where I also completed my master's degree.

I tutor a wide range of subjects, including Psychology, Sociology, Writing, Research Methods, Statistics, Math, English Grammar and Writing, and English as a Second Language. I also enjoy coaching individuals in behavioral change, goal setting, planning, and project management. Among these, Psychology is my favorite subject to tutor because it is not only my field of study but also my passion. I am endlessly fascinated by the complexity of the human mind and behavior and the scientific research that helps us understand these intricacies.

With over five years of experience teaching English as a Second Language and three years teaching Psychology at the university level, I have developed a teaching philosophy that focuses on making a meaningful and positive impact on my students' lives. I believe in being more than just a tutorI aim to be a guide and mentor who supports students in their academic journeys and personal growth.

Outside of academia, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, traveling, exploring nature, staying active with outdoor activities, and playing soccer.
