I am a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Performing Arts. Not only have I studied acting, but I am a professional actor and have been acting in film, television, and theatre since I was a child. I have also taught acting at multiple training programs and camps. In addition to my performing background, I am a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga and meditation since I was a teenager and earned my certification so that I can help others reap the benefits of mindfulness and wellness.
