I am a current MFA candidate at American University, studying Creative Writing with a concentration in Fiction. I earned my bachelor's degree from Dickinson College in 2021, where I majored in English and minored in Creative Writing and Italian. I tutor any subject related to reading or writing in the English language -- particularly the SAT Verbal and Writing sections, and the ACT English and Reading sections. I specialize in test prep, but am open to tutoring a broad range of subjects not limited to standardized test-taking. I am passionate about helping students to achieve their individual learning goals and gain academic confidence. I strive to learn about each student's unique skills and interests so that I can help them apply their talents to a broad range of subjects, including the ones they find intimidating or challenging.
