I'm passionate about positively impacting people's educations and making meaningful contributions to their success.

I've worked as a tutor for a company called Thinkwise Tutoring in Miami, FL for 9 months teaching elementary and middle school kids algebra, geometry, basic math, and more. I now work at Full Potential Learning Academy in Miami as an administrative counselor and tutor alongside this position at Varsity Tutors. I'm also a student at Florida International University with an Associate's degree from Miami Dade College and I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science.

I tutor math, reading, writing, grammar, and computer programming along with some other subjects. My personal favorites are math and programming because I really like problem-solving, and also writing because I'm good at writing essays and articulating myself.

The way I would describe my tutoring style is that I work from the ground up. Depending on the client's level of understanding, I start off very easy, then progressively increase the complexity throughout the session. I also frequently use analogies to describe the things I'm teaching.
