I'm a graduate of Colorado School of Mines, with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. I worked as a physics tutor for three years while in college and love helping students gain confidence in their work and skills. I like going a little further than focusing on raw material and practice building students' problem solving skills as well. My goal is to leave every tutoring session with the student feeling more comfortable with the material and more confident in their own abilities to tackle the class.
Physics mechanics is my favorite subject to tutor but I also enjoy tutoring in chemistry and would love to tutor in mass and energy balances, heat transfer and potentially fluid mechanics. In my free time I enjoy glassblowing, board games, cooking and reading.
