I strongly believe that the relationship and experiences had in education have greater influence on the future of these students’ personal growth than those experienced later in life. They are our future; they will govern the world and dictate the course of global efforts. Some of these future innovators could cure cancer or end world hunger. The key to solving these problems is locked away somewhere in these young minds waiting to be nourished. It is my job and passion as an educator to encourage the development and proper cultivation of these minds so that they are not afraid to be curious or make discoveries and mistakes. Through these means success is founded.
