I worked for the on-campus tutoring center at Rancho Santiago College (now Santa Ana College) in 1993-1994, tutoring Math, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Anatomy and Physiology.
While employed as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine from 2007-2011, I taught medical students, pathology residents, and hematology fellows in my specialty of Blood Banking and Transfusion Medicine.
Since 2014, I have been a graduate student in Geophysics at the University of California, Riverside, where I am also employed as a teaching assistant for various courses in the Earth Sciences department, including Natural Disasters, Global Climate Change, and Introductory Geology. I was awarded an Outstanding Teaching Assistant award for the 2014-2015 school year.
