I am an undergraduate student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, currently working on a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in architecture. In high school, I developed lesson plans for two annual summer camps and one extracurricular program for elementary school students. I have taught lessons in gear ratios and robot chassis design, and assisted students in applying the content of the lessons. I also ran a computer-aided design course in which I taught peers to design robot parts and mechanisms in the software Autodesk Inventor. Of all my subjects, I am most passionate about trigonometry and calculus. My experiences with teaching and mentoring have led me to realize that I enjoy providing personalized help and advice, and I find it very rewarding to watch students grow creatively and academically.
