I am a a Science and Music Teacher, Curriculum Specialist, Instruction Consultant, Language Coach and founder of At the Wood LLC, an innovative company of Moral Values education. I am a born and raised Puerto Rican, who had the challenge of teaching kids from dangerous environments with little resources at hand. Becoming a teacher has always being a dream come true, as I started teaching at a young age, offering personal piano lessons to kids and adults as a High School student myself. Helping others is my biggest motivation traveling constantly as a missionary to Haiti and Peru and making intercultural interaction a growing interest. I am fluent in English and Spanish (my first language), and can speak and read some Haitian Creole. I graduated from Escuela Libre de Musica of San Juan High School; earned a Bachelor's Degree from the prestigious University of Puerto Rico Ro Piedras' Campus as a Biology Teacher and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Universidad Metropolitana Cupey's Campus. I enjoy watching, studying and making films and using them as teaching experiencesand like to play my piano, as well as any Biology and Chemistry related things.
