I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Though my concentration is in biochemistry, I was fortunate to conduct electrochemistry-based research as an undergraduate (which required a strong foundation in physical and analytical chemistry.) Currently, I am an MS candidate at Rutgers University and am in the process of formulating a thesis for the Oral Biology department at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
I've tutored general chemistry during undergrad and helped many of my friends understand difficult topics such as acid-base titrations, gases, and chemical solutions. With time I became impassioned by the material and decided to help select individuals in organic chemistry.
As an aspiring dentist, I enjoy providing help to anyone who seeks it. During my spare time, I can be found at the gym or volunteering in foodbanks, and community-related events. Surely getting into medical, dental, or any graduate school will require commitment and hard work but it's not impossible.
