About Me

For the last 2 years, I have been an ESL tutor for the York County Literacy Council. As a tutor, I provide one-on-one instruction based solely on the student's needs and what areas they wish to improve on, whether it'd be preparation for an exam, their citizenship or simply to provide conversation that helps improve their English. I provide curriculum coursework if the student wishes to be taught academically, however I still try to keep things creative by incorporating games and exercises that are educationally motivating and keep the student engaged. Again, the one-on-one tutor time is solely the student's time, therefore whatever topic in ESL the student wants help in, I provide it.
