We worked on the student's homework for the night, which included graphing parallelograms and other parallelogram questions.  We reviewed the properties of parallelograms, rhombuses, rectangles and squares. He is getting hung up on "memorizing" the properties. However, in practice, he knows what the properties are.  I tried to get him to think about how he solves these problems to understand what the actual properties are.
