I am originally from the Austin, TX area but am happy to call Chicago "home". As a younger student English and Social Studies always came easily to be but I struggled with Math quite a bit and had to work hard to master the subject material. I understand the position of being a student working to understand a difficult concept and I think that helps me when tutoring students. I tutored high school and elementary students in high school and college.

I am ESL certified. I believe education shouldn't be limited due to language barriers and am quite passionate about language learning in order to help as many students as I can.
