Hello! My name is Mimi, and I am thrilled to offer my tutoring services! With a diverse background in teaching and a passion for education, I am dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals.

My teaching journey began with a rewarding volunteer experience at Stepping Stones International (SSI), a nonprofit organization in Botswana. There, I had the privilege of teaching underprivileged and orphaned children aged 6-15 how to read. This experience ignited my love for teaching and demonstrated the transformative power of education.

In addition to my volunteer work, I have been the go-to tutor for my two younger siblings for as long as I can remember. Guiding them through their studies and helping them succeed academically has always brought me great joy and fulfillment.

I am particularly passionate about biology and chemistry. To me, understanding these subjects is like unlocking the secrets of the world around us. I strive to make these subjects engaging and relatable, helping students appreciate the wonder of science.

With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry, my knowledge and experience allow me to provide in-depth and effective tutoring. I am committed to making learning a positive and empowering experience for every student I work with.
