Students always succeed when they are engaged, valued, and the lessons are personalized to target each individual student. During lessons, I use positive comments and guidance to make sure students feel safe sharing their ideas. I work hard to create a classroom environment that encourages students to participate, learn from each other, and enjoy what they are learning.
