An early love of logic and problem solving drove me to math, as did a love of communication to education. My first experience in teaching math came from helping friends with their homework after school. This blossomed into paid peer tutoring jobs; first at the middle school level, then eventually at the college level.
These days I have the opportunity to share my interest with students at Eastern Washington University where I teach courses in algebra, statistics, pre-calculus, and logic.
