The last session that I met with the student, I asked her to complete a cumulative review with a timer set, to begin practicing for the final. She completed it and we went over the few that she got wrong. We discussed how listening to her music while she works helps her stay focused, so I mentioned this as a possible accommodation for her final exam. We then spent the rest of the session going over her new homework. I also gave her another cumulative review to complete by our next session.

We spent an hour on logical reasoning and an hour on logic games. The student is really good at logic games, and we tried some more advanced ones at the end just to test him. Logical reasoning needs to be sped up a little bit for the test, so we're practicing highlighting the conclusion. Next session we will spend an hour on reading comprehension and an hour on logical reasoning/one grouping game.

We went over each of these concepts in detail with examples. The student was able to show proficiency in each of them by working examples on his own.
