Tutoring review by Lorna in Sussex County, NJ
Today with the student we quickly reviewed his homework for the week, which was outlining another essay and coming up with extra examples for it. He still is having some difficulty writing the full essay, so he is going to write another sample for me this week. Next we went through all the grammar that will be tested on the Identifying Sentence Error section, and did about 30 minutes of examples. In the last 45 minutes we did some review and practice examples from the Reading section, with some Sentence Completions and Reading Comprehension. I feel like he is really making progress, but it also would be beneficial for him to do more work on his own during the week.
