My approach to teaching is focused on getting to know students, so that I can find ways to engage them in lessons. I tutor elementary school subjects and Spanish. I have a Masters Degree from NYU, where I created my own digital curriculum for students. Outside of academia I enjoy Yoga, cooking, and gardening.

We are all individuals with different ways of viewing the world around us. The same is true of students of mathematics. There may be rules, formulas, and strategies that are the same, but learning how to think through these different ideas is what will create a great mind and great scores on homework, quizzes and exams!
