We covered graphing functions using parent functions and transformation, function transformations, and graphing linear equations. The student has a great attitude toward learning the materials after I had shown her more clearly how to approach the problems. I showed her how to set up the problem into an understandable format by using T charts and separating Y (or f(x)), and x, then adding the transformation of X and Y to the chart and re-figuring the points. She already understood the graphing of linear equations. I think she catches on very fast when shown how to logically approach the problem, and I think she will do very well!
