I am a long-time youth recreation worker who is currently pursuing a degree in Special and Elementary Education. I love teaching students in all academic subjects, especially math! Fostering students' conceptualization of abstract problems to promote deep learning and understanding is my main goal!

I recently graduated from the University of Washington's rigorous Mechanical Engineering program. I have over a year of professional tutoring experience. This includes experience with middle school, high school, and college students. It also includes experience tutoring students with various learning disorders and attention/retention issues, as well as students who are very quick to learn.
