I am a Junior at the University of Washington pursuing degrees in Environmental Health and Chemistry on the pre-medical track. I am particularly interested in High School and College science and math courses. At UW, I have taken the General Chemistry series, the General Biology series, Honors Organic Chemistry, Calculus I & II, and various Public and Environmental Health courses. In addition to these courses, I am also trained as an EMT-B and volunteer at Roots homeless shelter. I have experience as a Boys and Girls Club tutor as well as a high school tutor in Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, and Math. High quality education is a personal priority to me, and I will ensure the utmost patience, enthusiasm, professionalism, and mentorship for any students I work with.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Introduce myself and give a primary assessment in the respective subject to see what level the student is currently at.
