I believe an instructor should make a subject exciting and interesting. Being positive, pleasant,and humorous is important. Maya Angelou put it the right way: "People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But they will never forget how you made them FEEL." My goal is to make a student feel something positive, then associate that with information. They won't forget that.
