One thing tutors and mentors often hear from students is "the struggle is real." As a student who has finished four years of medical school I can confirm that the struggle is in fact real. But there's tons of ways to make learning fun, quick and effective. Just like you, I like mixing up traditional strategies of mastering material with new tools the world has to offer.
When I'm not memorizing endless lists of microbe or pharmacological interactions, I love spending time with my wife and dog, hiking and sightseeing.
