I am passionate about about helping students understand that math is important for understanding the world around them. As a certified math and business teacher, I have worked with students between grades 5 and 12, both in person and online, to fill gaps in understanding previous concepts as well as helping them grasp new ideas that are being introduced to them.

I am able to help students with their studies using creative and fun methods. I love History and Literature, and I enjoy being able to help students learn the joy of reading. My favorite subject in elementary school was Math and I enjoy talking about fractions, the metric system, and the importance of knowing multiplication tables!

I am a Biochemistry graduate who excelled in the courses I tutor as an undergraduate student. Since my undergraduate studies I have strengthened not only my understanding of these subjects but also my love for them. All knowledge is beautiful but I am a true lover of science. I am currently getting my masters degree in education to become a secondary math teacher. I have been tutoring math for the past five years and even taught middle school and high school level math full time abroad.
