As an instructor, I believe that mastery is best served when students can find their stride. A tutor, or any instructor for that matter, should not only clarify difficult concepts, but help encourage an interest in the subject studied overall. Finding the best way to develop that interest begins with determining how best to grapple with difficulties. In so doing, I hope to spur students to a larger, surer understanding of the subjects they study.

I love telling stories! Writing is my strong suit as I've spent the last 6 years writing for my university's History journal, tutoring college underclassmen in research writing, and host poetry workshops for kids to adults in a museum setting.
