I am currently pursuing a Masters in Secondary Education. I am comfortable working with students on all aspects of a math curriculum at the elementary, middle and high school level. I have successfully tutored students from ages 8 to 18 with a wide range of aptitude levels. I believe that all students have the capacity to understand math. I have found that, by spending time with a student, I am able to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop tools to help the student succeed in math.

I'm especially fond of Victorians and modernists, such as Oscar Wilde and James Joyce, though I also enjoy American Gothic, particularly the works of Flannery O'Connor and Edgar Allan Poe.
