I am a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where I received my B.A. in Biochemistry. Currently, I am an MD/PhD student at Johns Hopkins University. I've been tutoring and teaching students for my entire academic career. I particularly enjoy teaching biology, other sciences, and standardized tests. My teaching philosphy involves empowering my students to reach their goals themselves. It's always rewarding to see them accomplish something they didn't think they could.

I currently teach a group creative composition class for young children in which they compose their own music, using materials which I have been developing for many years.
