My teaching strategy is active, in-depth learning, which promotes the problem solving and collaborative learning capabilities of my students. The tools I use to implement my strategies are homework assignments, paper assignments, quizzes, and the think-pair-share technique.

Each child has the ability to succeed given the opportunity. Students can grow each and every day as long as their specific learning style is correctly identified and then pursued upon in a proper format. No matter a child's capabilities and setbacks there is always room for improvement.
