...I taught middle school and high school English in Columbia, South Carolina for six years and middle school English in New Jersey for one year. I have also taught ISEE/SSAT prep. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I served my school as both the yearbook sponsor and as the lead mock trial coach for my competitive middle school team. I enjoy working with students on polishing their writing so it is publication ready!

I am a software engineer with a passion for teaching. I first got into teaching by tutoring my little sister and helping her through her standardized tests. After I saw how big of an impact teaching had, I worked as a TA during college. In my professional life, I find that I naturally gravitate toward mentorship roles because I love helping others achieve success.

I am a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where I received my BS in Human Biology. I am currently a MS in Bioethics candidate at Columbia University. I hope to attend medical school, and plan to pursue a career in primary care medicine.
