A recent college graduate who is looking for another opportunity to help students navigate their online school experience. I have specialties in English, history, writing, and music and I have typically worked with middle school or elementary school students.

I am a high school Social Studies teacher with 6+ years of secondary school teaching experience and 1+ year of college-level teaching and tutoring experience. I have a lot of availability during the summer for in-person and online tutoring. My availability is more limited during the academic year.

Hi! My name is Zina Yonten and I am currently taking the Fab-academy course out of Dassault Systemes in Waltham. I have a mechanical Engineering degree from TCU. During my undergraduate years, i tutored underclassmen precalculus and calculus 1 with 100% success rate. I also tutor economics since it was one of my favorite classes and i excelled in it. In my free time I play basketball.

I have always envisioned my future to be one that involves helping others. Recently, I discovered that it was really children and adolescents that I wanted to help. I have a zest and a passion for learning and I would love to instill that same passion on others. I have been granted a gift of knowledge and I want to be able to use it.

I would love to teach elementary school and middle school students in my areas of interest. They are: Nutrition, cooking skills, math, the biological sciences, reading, and writing. I currently produce a podcast called "healing outside the box", which deals with issues of food safety and sustainability, as well as nutrition. I enjoy discussing these topics. I also encourage students to ask about basic anatomy and nutrition-related chronic illnesses.
