I am a PhD student in English at the University of Minnesota. I am currently working on my dissertation, which focuses on the experiences of 17th- and 18th-century British women in the theatre. I have taught many classes including Introduction to Literature, Science Fiction/Fantasy, Shakespeare, and Freshman writing. I love to help students get a sense of why something matters to them, and how to navigate the difficulties of an assignment or project.
