My passion lies within the Spanish language. In obtaining my Master's in Mental Health Counseling, I have learned that every individual holds extraordinary potential, and that challenging goals become possible when students are properly nurtured. I believe in providing a safe and fun setting to cultivate such achievement.

I have been a special education teacher in Somerset County for the last 5 years. I have worked in self-contained classrooms and am currently working as a 4th grade resource room Reading and Math teacher. Next spring, I will graduate from Rutgers University's Graduate School of Education with an Ed.M in Reading Education. I will be a certified Reading Specialist as well as a certified supervisor. I am currently a certified Literacy Specialist.

I'm a rising sophomore at Muhlenberg College and a history major. I love to study 20th and 19th century European and American history, but also English literature and creative writing. I spent second and third grade just outside of Florence, Italy, which I believe, led me down the path I am taking today. I love to learn new things every day and I am willing to try many new things.
