I am passionate about helping students build confidence in math by breaking down complex ideas into simple, step-by-step concepts. Having been tutored throughout college, I know firsthand how valuable patience and encouragement are to the learning process. I also spent years helping my younger sister with her math homework, which taught me how to explain ideas in ways that are clear and approachable for younger students.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, which provided me with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving. While I can support students across a range of math topics, I particularly enjoy working with elementary and middle school math, because building a solid foundation at this stage often inspires confidence for future learning.

My tutoring style is supportive and encouraging. I focus on creating a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practicing new skills, and celebrating progress.

Outside of academics, I enjoy spending time with family, playing video games, and watching movies, and I bring that same balance of focus and fun into my tutoring sessions.
