I am a teacher of writing and literature with two Masters from Salem State University, one in English and one in Teaching English. I currently teach high school English, although I am a former biopharmaceutical engineer. I love rhetoric, writing pedagogy, digital composition, and feminist critical theory. My favorite subjects to tutor are writing and English literature. When I'm not tutoring, I love camping, hiking, and horseback riding with my dogs.... My goal as an educator...

I graduated with a bachelors in Neuroscience from Amherst College in 2012. I have a passion for biology and the natural sciences and am excited to be able to share it with others. I have experience with all variety of standardized tests and am confident teaching content or strategy for anything from NY Regents tests through the AP, SAT, or MCAT tests. My interests also extend to other subjects including Chemistry, Spanish, History, and Psychology.
