I received a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Missouri. I recently obtained my Masters in Public Health from Georgia State University. I have experience substitute teaching primary through high school and tutoring undergraduate students. I believe learning best occurs collaboratively. In my free time I like running, lifting weights, and horseback riding.

In May 2017, I completed my B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech. I am currently participating in a research fellowship while I apply to medical school, and I hope to matriculate in 2018. I worked as a teaching assistant for three different biomedical engineering classes at Georgia Tech and am excited by this opportunity to continue teaching.
