I am a professional writer with decades of experience and I teach all levels of writing including grammar and composition, from basic sentence structure to dissertations. I teach all types of essay writing. I strive to engage students effectively and to improve student work.

My inspiration comes from that moment when you look at a students face and know that they have just understood a concept. It is invigorating to know that you have helped empower a student with knowledge that no one can ever take away.

Once I began teaching, I knew I had found my real calling. As much as I loved working for public television, WNET/13, in NYC, where I had the opportunity to cover then Pope John Paul, it was when I began teaching that I realized that this is where I belonged.
