Education is something that can never be taken away. Creating an environment where students can utilize the knowledge learned to connect to their everyday lives is important to me.... Everyone learns in a unique way. Making sure that students have choices and understand what they are learning is my top priority.... Get to know the student and their expectations after tutoring. Knowing this would allow me to better cater to their needs.

My mission is to help you discover your own writing voice and interest in literature, while providing exceptional feedback and long-lasting techniques .

I have been tutoring since I was an undergraduate. I tutor math, Japanese, reading and writing, and SAT prep. I am interested in helping you achieve your goals and see results. I can be strict but I am also gentle and encouraging. My hobbies and interests include karate, drawing, reading, and playing the piano.
