I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in May 2015. I am currently living and working in the city and have always enjoyed learning. I want to be able to help students find their own joy of learning and I believe tutoring can really help them with that. Being able to understand a subject and come to that understanding on your own, with that little "ah ha!" in the back of your head is an amazing feeling. I believe that tutoring provides guidance for students who may need some extra help to get to that "ah ha" moment. Every student should feel proud of his or her work in and outside of school, and I hope to be able to help any student feel that way.

Q & A
What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe that students should figure out the answer on their own, but as a teacher or a tutor, it is my responsibility to direct them towards that answer and give them the extra push when needed.
