Hello all!

I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. I also have my K-6th teaching certification in North Carolina. I have worked in the education field for over 15 years now. I have taught NC Pre-K, Kindergarten, second grade and have also been an administrator in a school setting. In this time period I have also tutored for student all the way up to 6th grade as well as lead after school educational activities such as STEM clubs, reading clubs, and ELA clubs.
I truly enjoy what I do in all capacities. My students are my passion, their success is the advantages of the job. I am most passionate about teaching that's focused on ELA but do feel comfortable tutoring other subjects as well.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my two year old son. I also enjoy reading, traveling and staying active.
