I am a graduate of the University of Toronto, Reichman University, and Western Governors University. I have been teaching children, youth, and adults in various academic settings since 2008. My teaching philosophy and tutoring style is that of open discourse and conversation, actively involving students in their own learning journey by connecting lesson material to their own interests and hobbies. I specialize in homework assistance and exam preparation.

I am a mathematics student at Queens College going into my 3rd year. I have been tutoring at my school's math tutoring center for around a year now, and I've also been doing a lot of tutoring on the side. My personal approach to tutoring relies on instilling both a intuitive and rigorous sense of the material as well as making the student answer many questions that help them gain a better understanding.

...Some of the kids I've worked with are non-verbal and non-mobile, others simply require a detailed schedule to keep them focused. Regardless of what the kid needs, I'm prepared to work with the family to make sure they achieve their goals.
