In the past, I've tutored all kinds of students; from fifth graders to college freshman. Besides books and music, I'm also a huge soccer fan, and will debate the top 10 lists at anytime.

I teach all types of writing. My students range from high school students writing course papers and essays to university students composing research papers and dissertations to adults engaged in self-study with creative writing. Some of my creative writing courses are "The Courage to Write Poetry Workshop" and "Writing My Multicultural Voice." I earned my PhD and MS degree from Cornell University; my BA is from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.

I love to learn! Sadly learning hasn't always come easy for me, but with amazing support from those around me, I have fulfilled my dreams of being a teacher. I do not let anything stand between me and my dreams and I push my students to do the same.
