I'm currently a Finance major hoping to go into investments.I have 3 years of teaching experience as an assistant instructor to my mathematics teacher.In High School, I started an academic outreach program to help teach basic mathematical concepts for students who come from Below Poverty line families and students who have cognitive disorders.I'm passionate about learning how the financial sector impacts the socio-economic condition of a nation. Hello! My name is Franklin and I am currently a freshman attending Purdue University studying Sustainable Agriculture. I tutor many subjects, but am focused on math and standardized test prep. This is because the subject has always clicked in my head. My hobbies include playing piano, saxophone, and percussion in concert and marching band as well as cooking for my family.

I am a current undergrad at Princeton University who plans to become a professor. Studying math or literature has always made me happy, and I want to help others find enjoyment in their learning too. After helping classmates of all levels in nearly every subject throughout my schooling, I had my first formal teaching/tutoring assignment as a high school senior when teachers asked me to help lead my school's SAT prep lessons. Later, at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, I paused my education and gained further teaching/tutoring experience, first in a religious setting, and later as a coach for my high school's math team. I love helping students develop their problem solving skills in math and their critical reading and writing skills in English, and I am also passionate about helping students prepare the best college application possible. But no matter the subject, I enjoy forming connections with my students so that learning is not something they dread. This should be fun!

I moved in Illinois a few months ago and I would love to continue teaching French. I hold a substitute license from IL state and I am currently enrolled at National Louis University to get my full teaching license for middle/secondary education. Besides teaching, I love spending time with my 2 children, I also enjoy arts and crafts, reading, baking, walking and traveling!
