I am a recipient of the National Spanish Honor Society award. I myself have received tutoring services throughout my schooling for other subjects so I know what it is like to struggle. I believe one who has struggled has the empathy to teach other students who are struggling. I adjust my tutoring methods to age of the student and the level of the content they are studying. My hobbies include reading, enhancing my Spanish skills, and spending time with others.

I am a very visual learner, so teaching through pictures, diagrams, graphs, etc., is my teaching philosophy.

I am always up for the challenge of supporting students in excelling at their studies by deepening their comprehension so they learn to understand, not to just pass the test. I look forward to working with you and learning more about you as we collaborate in our time together.

I am very energetic and try to carry over that energy into my teaching. My goal is to create a fun and exciting learning environment for all my students. When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my 3 children. We have fun being outside, watching movies, and going on adventures. I look forward to working with your child!

I am a Special Education teacher that focuses in Mathematics. I also have a strong background with technology. I have been teaching for 21 years. I have a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Special Education.

I am truly a social person that loves interacting with others and helping them learn and develop stronger skills to help them be successful. I believe it is important to be flexible and have the ability to modify teaching approaches to best fit the individual.
